Townbank Tranquility Spa Terms and Conditions:
Welcome to Townbank Tranquility Spa! Before you start your serene journey with us, we kindly ask you to carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions governing the use of our spa facilities and services.
By accessing or using our spa services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

1. Spa Services and Reservations: 1.1. Our spa services and treatments are designed to provide relaxation and rejuvenation. We offer various packages, massages, facials, and other services subject to availability. 1.2. To ensure availability, we recommend booking your appointments in advance. Walk-ins are unavailable. 1.3. Guests must be at least 18 years old to book spa services. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who will need to be present in the room for any facial or massage services. A credit card will be required to secure all appointments, and will only be charged at the time of service; or unless the booking policy is violated. (please see section 3)

2. Arrival and Check-In: 2.1. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and preparation. Please fill out your online intake form before your appointment, otherwise a hard copy form will be provided at check in. 2.2. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time to accommodate other scheduled guests.

3. Cancellations and Changes: 3.1. We understand that plans may change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, kindly inform us at least 24 hours in advance. 3.2. Failure to provide sufficient notice for cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of a gift certificate, prepaid service, or promotional offer. Repeated cancellation will result in refusal to service the client. Failure to cancel will result in the client being charged either in whole or in part for scheduled services.

4. Health and Medical Conditions: 4.1. Prior to any treatment, please inform our staff of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries that may affect your spa experience. 4.2. If you have any medical concerns or are pregnant, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider before using our spa services. If you are pregnant or nursing please inform staff, prenatal massages are available after the first trimester only.

5. Spa Etiquette: 5.1. To maintain a serene atmosphere, we kindly request that guests keep noise to a minimum and refrain from using mobile devices in spa areas. 5.2. Please respect the privacy and relaxation of other guests during your visit.

6. Personal Belongings: 6.1. We strive to provide a secure environment, but Townbank Tranquility Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings. We request that you refrain from wearing jewelry to the spa.

7. Hygiene and Cleanliness: 7.1. Our spa adheres to strict hygiene and sanitation standards. Guests are required to maintain personal cleanliness and hygiene prior to and during their visit.

8. Conduct: 8.1. Any form of inappropriate behavior, harassment, or use of intoxicating substances is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of services and removal from the premises.

9. Gift Certificates and Promotions: 9.1. Gift certificates are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. 9.2. Promotions and discounts are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly communicated during the offer period. Please note that it is not possible to combine offers for a greater discount. (i.e. membership rate and referral promotion)

10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability: 10.1. While we strive to provide a safe and relaxing environment, Townbank Tranquility Spa and staff shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during or as a result of spa services or facility use.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions: 11.1. Townbank Tranquility Spa reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
